YOURE được ghi nhận trong mạng lưới 60 nước của Teach For All

Đồng hành cam kết cùng những sáng kiến cải thiện chất lượng môi trường giáo dục toàn cầu trên mạng lưới 60 nước thành viên của tổ chức Teach For All.

Với tư cách alumni batch 1 của Teach For Vietnam, cohort 2017-2019, Founder YOURE Lê Hoàng Phong đã sử dụng kinh nghiệm của mình trong lớp học để phát triển YOURE Organization, góp phần nâng cao cải thiện chất lượng giáo dục, hỗ trợ trao quyền và cung cấp cơ hội phát triển cho các bạn học viên ở khắp mọi miền Việt Nam.

Do đó, anh Lê Hoàng Phong rất vui và hãnh diện khi tinh thần YOURE- Your Education, Youre Empowerment, Your Employment đã lan toả tới cộng đồng 60 nước thành viên.

Hiện tại, tổ chức Xã hội Giáo dục và Đào tạo YOURE đang ở giai đoạn số 3. Establishing stage, vì Phong cùng team đã nhận được 1 ít tiền đầu tư và công bố thành công là Doanh Nghiệp Xã Hội.

Mục tiêu là đạt tới giai đoạn 4 vào tháng 3/2022. Và hướng tới giai đoạn 5, giai đoạn 6 ở lộ trình phát triển năm 2025.

1. Idea stage – The innovation is an idea in your head or that you have written down on paper. No action has been taken to bring it to life.

2. Prototype/Pilot stage – Action is being taken to test and develop your idea e.g. you might be holding some workshops or developing a product or service in your free time/part-time.

3. Establishing stage – The innovation has received funding – it could be a grant or donation, or from an investor, or from selling your product or service to a customer. You have a clear and well-developed business plan. Your innovation is registered as a legal entity (if applicable).

4. Sustaining stage – The innovation has raised major funding/ capital and is financially sustainable with the systems and processes to manage smooth operations and delivery.

5. Scale stage – The innovation has scaled to reach new beneficiary groups (e.g. into new areas in your country) and/or your innovation has led to new approaches which achieve a much deeper, transformative impact with beneficiaries.

6. Global Scale stage – The innovation has scaled internationally to reach beneficiary groups in different countries.
